About us
North Wind Stonework is Bill and Jim Vieira and our small crew. We have been stacking stones in Western Massachusetts for 30 years and still love the process. Inspired by Goldsworthy and Snow we aim for tight work but we can do any style. I won’t say we’re the best but we’re tied for first.
We’d love to bring our experience and skill to your project.

Pricing: Stonework on a prepared site
Walls
$75 a square face foot. $150 for corners.
A ten foot long, four foot high wall = 40 face feet

$50 a square foot.
Patio
$45 a square foot.
A 20 foot by 20 foot patio is 400 square feet.
Steps

3 foot wide steps $450 per

Platform Steps
18 inch deep treads and 24 inch top step

3 foot wide - 1 step $800, 2 step $1700, 3 step $2500, 4 step $3900

Steppers
20 to 24 inch wide steppers. $110 per installed
Stone delivery is an extra charge. $150 per hour for trucking.
